デジタルCMOS回路設計について、基礎から演算器、メモリ回路・PLAからグラフィックエンジンなどのシステム事例まで解説している。レイアウト技術について詳しく解説しているのが特徴。書かれたのが昭和63年とかなり古いのが難点か。一応これで若手向け輪講を試みる予定。
Thomas H.Lee: The Design of Cmos Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuits
RF電子回路の大家、Lee教授の本。RF-CMOS設計技術についてかなり詳細に書いてある。自分はスパイラルインダクタやLCタンクをこの本で最初に学んだ。表現が肌に合う合わないはあるかもしれない。
福田益美　平地康剛: GaAs電界効果トランジスタの基礎
MOSFETの高周波特性をわかりやすく解説しています。化合物を題材にしていますが、Siでも理屈は一緒なので、十分通用します。高周波技術者にはお勧めの一冊です。 GaAs電界効果トランジスタの基礎
P.R.グレイ・R.G.メイヤー（著）　永田穣（監訳）: 超LSIのためのアナログ集積回路設計技術（上・下）
「Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits」の和訳本。自分は持っているだけで読んではいないのだが、アナログ回路の名著と言われているので、一応。
Yuan Taur・Tak H,Ning(著）、芝原健太郎（監訳）: 最新VLSIの基礎
自分は先輩に薦められて原著の「Fundamentals of Modern VLSI Devices」の方を読んだのだが、自分も含めて大多数の人は和訳本の方が意味をとりやすいと思うので和訳本の方をお勧め。
最近のCMOSデバイス技術を詳細に解説している。CMOSデバイスの参考書としては、コレ一冊でとりあえず十分といえるくらいの情報量。デバイス技術者の入門書として、もしくはデバイスを学びたい回路技術者にお勧め。
Behzad Razavi（著）　黒田忠広（監訳）: RFマイクロエレクトロニクス
RF（無線）をテーマに、回路技術からシステム技術まで網羅して解説した本。読み通すと、最近のRF技術の概要がつかめて非常に良かった。
これもRazaviと黒田氏のタッグである。２人は仲良しなのだろうか。
中は東芝の技術者が分担して和訳している。
水野博之（監修）: アナログ信号処理技術
松下電器の元副社長、現高知工科大学学長として有名な水野さんの本。自分はこれでアナログ技術を勉強し始めたが、解説が丁寧で非常に読みやすい。内容は伝達関数から、フィルタ理論、デジタル信号処理のさわりまでで、最初に手につける本としては最適だと思う。
高木茂孝: MOSアナログ電子回路
MOSアナログ電子回路の入門本。内容はデバイス基礎からOPアンプまでだが、Razaviのものよりわかりやすいと思った。MOSアナログを学ぶにはまずこっちから入るのがいいかも。
Behzad Razavi（著）　黒田忠広（監訳）: アナログCMOS集積回路の設計（応用編）
「Design of Analog CMOS Integrated circuits」の和訳本の後編。応用編はフィードバックから、発振器、PLLの解説と、プロセス、レイアウト技術のより詳細な説明がついている。和訳本は前後編あわせると12810円と高いが、ただでさえ小難しいアナログ技術本を英語で読みこなす自信がない人にはいい本だと思う。
Behzad Razavi（著）　黒田忠広（監訳）: アナログCMOS集積回路の設計（基礎編）
Behzad Razaviの名著「Design of Analog CMOS Integrated circuits」のの和訳本。基礎編はデバイス物理から１段アンプ、差動アンプ、ノイズなどで、アナログCMOS回路の基礎はしっかり学べる。非常に詳細に解説してあり、演習問題もあるので、読みこなせばアナログ回路の基礎はしっかり理解できる。が、回路網の基礎知識がないと読みこなすのはちとつらい。

普通にお気に入りな本。

渡邉正裕: これが働きたい会社だ社員が教える企業ミシュラン
日本を代表する、就職人気企業の報酬、昇格、社風の実情を紹介した本。結構正直ベースのことが書いてあるので面白い。就職活動中の学生はもちろん、今の会社に不満が出てきた人が読んでもよい。隣の芝はかならずしも青くないぞよ。
早川いくを: へんないきもの
よく見るとへんな生き物に着目し、ブログのような軽妙な文体で紹介している。茶化しているようで生き物に対する愛情が感じられて好感。絶対零度を生きられるというクマムシにはびっくり。クマー
山本一郎: ニッポン経営者列伝嗚呼、香ばしき人々
SPA!で連載されていたコラム。投資家らしい独自の論点と皮肉の聞いた書き味で有名経営者を批評している。どの経営者もすごい人たちだから隊長の辛口も引き立つんでしょうね。中で触れてた「ヤクザと不良債権」が個人的に興味があるが。面白いです。
城繁幸: 内側から見た富士通
富士通内部の暴露本。
富士通が拙速に導入した成果主義の矛盾によって社内が混乱する様子を詳細に書いております。
表現はやや感情的ながら、書いていることは大体本当でしょう。
会社の舞台裏を知ると暗澹としますが、会社を動かすシステムというものを考えるのにはいい本だと思います。しかし、秋草さんはいつまで現役でいるつもりだろう？
中村淳彦: 名前のない女たち　企画AV女優１０人の人生
企画AV女優にインタビューし、なぜAV女優を職業に選んだのかを聞き、まとめた本。元ホームレスや、義父にレイプされた女の子など、いろいろな人生を背負った女の子が出てきます。別にAV女優だから特別な人生を歩んでいるわけではなく、普通に隣にこんな女の子がいたりするんだなあという感慨を持ちました。人生いろいろですな。

こういうとき、終電の早い郊外に住んでるのがうらめしい。
